Employee engagement is an important part of building a connected, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. At the agency, engagement includes formal and informal opportunities for staff to build relationships, learn from one another, share ideas, celebrate milestones, and strengthen a sense of belonging across teams and backgrounds.
Staff engagement may take many forms, including in-person gatherings, project-sharing sessions, informal conversations, multicultural celebrations, and other opportunities that help employees learn more about one another and the work of the agency. Many staff engagement opportunities are supported by the Finance and Operations team, in partnership with the Ideas Group and colleagues across the agency. Staff from across the agency are welcome to participate in engagement activities and suggest ideas for future opportunities.
