Our agency uses templates for documents as a key element of a multi-part strategy to produce consistent and easily identifiable work products. The templates also help us meet our accessibility goals.

All of us are required to start every new document using a new template, whether or not the document will be posted on the website. Editorial team members will review for correct template use when the document is submitted for editing. If your document is not created in the correct template, it may be returned to you for correction before the editing process can begin.
